Crafting, gardening and the love of nature have always been my lifetime passions. Some of my information has already been shared with you through the background section of this site. I have always dreamed of having my own business where I could do what I truly love to do. It is a leap of faith that I had to finally take for me. Nine years ago I was told I had breast cancer. It's true, your life does flash before your eyes. It makes you realize what really matters in life. After enduring surgery, chemo and radiation I had a second chance to makes a difference and share part of myself – I knew I had to create Sunshine Botanical Designs. Don't take your talents, dreams and time for granted.

SHALONDRA A. JACKSON

Shalondra was born and raised in Louisville, KY. She is eldest of 4 children. An avid reader of all kinds of books, including the dictionary, she writes poetry, fiction and non-fiction. Shalondra has a love of fashion, drawing/sketching and creating scenes of all types in jars. She loves giving back to Seniors in the local community. She has a deep love of God. In her spare time, she does seek and find puzzles, travels and listens to a variety of music.
